Works free on your device
Import, trim, split, reorder and merge clips; crop and resize; add titles, SRT subtitles, fade transitions, green-screen replacement, music and microphone voiceovers; make PNG thumbnails and render video. Project media and saved edits are stored in this browser using IndexedDB. Clearing browser data removes them.
Video export & browser requirements
Rendering uses Canvas, Web Audio and MediaRecorder. MP4 support is detected at runtime; otherwise a single-thread FFmpeg WebAssembly encoder converts a real WebM render to H.264/AAC MP4. The encoder is downloaded from jsDelivr on first use. HTTPS, a modern browser, network access for that download and enough memory are required. WebM is the native fallback. Unsupported codecs or restricted worker loading produce an explicit error, not a fake download. No paid processing API is required.
AI integration setup
No text-to-video or person-segmentation service is enabled in this app. Enable an appropriate integration in Add-ons or implement a server-side Function for your chosen provider. Store API credentials in backend Secrets, submit the prompt, poll the real job, and import the returned video only after successful completion. Provider charges and licensing terms are separate. The Generate button stays disabled until that integration is wired.
Monetization is never guaranteed
Use original footage and music you own or whose license explicitly permits monetized use. Keep receipts and attribution requirements. Editing, AI generation or an export does not guarantee YouTube Partner Program eligibility, copyright clearance, or approval. Review the current YouTube policies before publishing.
Optional cloud storage
Cloud upload uses the app’s built-in file storage. All uploaded assets are public, not private or paywalled. Free storage allows 50 MB per file, 1 GB per app and 200 files; higher limits require a paid plan. Basic local imports do not use that quota.
Install & offline use
The app includes a web manifest and service worker. On supported browsers, use Install app or your browser’s Add to Home Screen option. Installation usually requires HTTPS and may not appear inside the editor preview iframe. After the first visit the app shell can work offline; the MP4 encoder’s first download and cloud uploads need a network connection.
